Much of the land surrounding McNinch House and the Foxcroft Place residences will be thoughtfully landscaped and placed into a preservation easement that will assure its protection in perpetuity.

THOUGHTFUL ARCHITECTURE
Inspired by the historical splendor of the McNinch House, the Foxcroft Place Residences are designed in the traditional colonial style balanced with key modern touches. The floor plans feature traditional architectural elements while the overall designs bring current indulgences, like oversized master suites, open living areas, and detailed outdoor living spaces.
SEAMLESS LIVING
Foxcroft Place offers residents the privacy and grandeur of estate-style living, paired with the ease of a refined lock-and-leave lifestyle. With an intentional focus on thoughtfully curated landscaping, homeowners enjoy manicured, park-like grounds free from the burden of maintenance.
The McNinch Estate & Grounds
A LIVING HISTORY
The McNinch House was originally home to Frank Ramsay McNinch and his wife, Hulda Groome McNinch. Built nearly 100 years ago in what was then rural, open farmland on (unpaved) Sharon Lane just outside Charlotte, McNinch House is a stately Colonial Revival-style home that is said to have been inspired in part by Mt. Vernon.
Frank McNinch was a lawyer by training and a captivating orator who became a celebrated mayor of Charlotte, then rose through the political ranks in Washington, D.C. after supporting Herbert Hoover in the 1928 presidential election. Mr. McNinch was a staunch supporter of Prohibition; an early advocate for fresh air and exercise, which led him to designate many parks, playgrounds, and green spaces around Mecklenburg County; and he once made the cover of TIME Magazine.
LUXURY, BUILT TO LAST
What will always stand the test of time? Classic lines, quality craftsmanship, and the inherent trust that comes with decades of experience. Foxcroft Place residences have been thoughtfully designed to include ageless architecture and the finest materials. Built with great care and attention to detail to ensure they will live on for centuries, just as the McNinch House has.
Private Outdoor Living
In addition to the intentional master planning and careful placement of its residences, Foxcroft Place has evaluated the McNinch Estate grounds in great detail, carving out purposeful, perpetual green spaces in the form of community gardens and privacy buffers that will be preserved and maintained forever. Each home features front and rear outdoor spaces designed to be extensions of the luxurious interiors.
Spacious Interiors
Each residence makes use of timeless design elements while enhancing the living spaces to meet modern desires. Floor plans feature open living and entertaining spaces, oversized master suite with all the trimmings, a media room, and more. No detail is left unattended. Here, livability and lifestyle are a step above.
Inspired Finishes
Taking inspiration from the historic McNinch House, each Foxcroft Place home is designed to capture the essence of classical architecture and employs the finest craftsmanship. You’ll find unique elements like skewback Camber Arch lintels above the windows, flared and hipped roof details, and substantial moldings and trimwork.
Only FOUR opportunities remain.
